All Platform content that has not been generated by users, including but not limited to the brand, logos, design, structure, source code and texts, is owned by the Owner or its licensors, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of such content is prohibited without the express authorization of the Owner, except for personal and private use.

4. User-generated content
